We hope you and your pets have a fabulous time! Here are our top 5 tips for making sure everyone stays safe…
Make sure bedding, cages and other enclosures are stored in a warm, dry and comfortable area of the house.
If you’ve left it too late, just bear in mind that a change in their environment can be very stressful for pets. Go slowly and keep your eyes peeled.
Lots of popular human treats are poisonous to pets, particularly chocolate, sweet mince pies, xylitol (found in many sugar-free treats) and alcohol. Make sure your pet doesn’t get their paws on them!
Whether you’re heading out of staying in, make sure you’ve made all the arrangements necessary to ensure your pet stays comfortable and well cared for.
It could be your decorations, your snacks, the kids’ presents or your furniture… humans aren’t the only ones who get excited at Christmas. Make sure you (or someone else) is watching out for your furry friend at all times.
We wish you a relaxing break, and all the best for 2020!
